2. Services
We provide custom software development and AI implementation services tailored to client specifications. Each engagement is governed by a work order or statement of work detailing scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees.
3. Information Products
Our information products include digital guides, courses, and tutorials related to AI development. Access is granted upon full payment.
4. Physical Goods
Physical goods consist of branded merchandise or hardware components sold and shipped to the customer.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are due as specified in the applicable order or invoice. Accepted payment methods include credit card and electronic payment services. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Services
If services have not commenced or if deliverables are delayed beyond agreed milestones without your written approval, you may request a refund within 14 days of signing the agreement. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 30 days. Once work has begun—such as design, coding, or resource allocation—fees related to hours worked and third-party expenses are non-refundable. You may also request to reschedule service dates at no extra cost by notifying us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
6.2 Information Products
Due to the instant access nature of digital content, refunds are not available once access is granted. If you did not receive access or encounter technical issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance or a credit toward another information product.
6.3 Physical Goods
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. You must notify us and ship the item back at your expense unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 15 days. Defective items will be replaced at no cost.
7. Rescheduling
For service engagements, you may reschedule project start dates or milestones by notifying us at least 7 days in advance. Requests made less than 7 days prior may incur an administrative fee of 20% of the total project fee or may be declined due to team scheduling.
8. No-Refund Justification
Custom service work and digital product access involve resource commitment and immediate delivery, making reversals impractical. Our policy ensures fair treatment of all clients and protects our ability to allocate resources efficiently.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
Polish Craft Yardy’s total liability for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service or product at issue.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at polishcraftyard.com and take effect on the stated Effective Date.
